The benefits of the Alexander Technique and who it is for

The benefits of the Alexander Technique are many. It is used to:

Who is the Alexander Technique for?

The Alexander Technique is for individuals of any age and all walks of life. People who experience posture-related discomfort, such as back and neck pain, tension and stress, can learn to alleviate these conditions. Many health-conscious individuals take lessons to increase their awareness of, and improve, their everyday use of themselves.
